A capital campaign feasibility study is a process that leads to future campaign success. Hiring an experienced consultant to conduct your feasibility study interviews and analyze the results is an efficient approach to gathering this information and finding out if your campaign goal is reachable. However, we believe a comprehensive feasibility study should do much more to fully prepare you to enter a capital campaign.

The best indicator of capital campaign success or failure is found within the leadership of your administrators and board of directors.
The benefits of conducting feasibility studies run well beyond establishing the viability of your capital campaign. They have a special way of generating interest and excitement and of capturing important data. You never know what they will produce, but when correctly run, they almost always open unexpected doors.
